MY DAUGHTER ON YOU TUBE...

It was just brought to my attention, that an interview my daughter, Renee, did at the Cleveland Clinic was on YouTube. She was filmed last winter during one of her post transplant visits. Renee had a pancreas transplant on July 10, 2008...here is her story..

The are so many other stories to be shared on their website:

What a wonderful gift and blessing "The Gift of Life" program has to offer.

Wow! Thanks for sharing this. My 22 year old son was diagnosed two years ago with Type 1. He needs to look into this. Your daughter did a great job with this interview. Blessings to her!

Yes, thank you so much for posting this. I have a son with ype 1. He's had it for 10 years. He does really well but needs a new pump.
As a mom you know what this is like to watch your child struggle with this, even doing well, it's a hard row to hoe or them. The ups and downs in blood sugar.
I have always heard this is a very hard surgery and that the anti rejection drugs are expensive and hard to take as well.
Your daughter did do a great job with her interview. Makes me intrested to know more. I'm going to the link you posted. Again, thanks so much!
